You need to be organised, have great admin and management skills as well as good communication skills. Must have logistics experience OR come from an event industry background. You must be computer literate (Microsoft office).
The duties are in summary:
• To open up and close warehouse daily
• To coordinate deliveries, collections & returns
• To create delivery/collection schedules for driver/s
• To communicate with clients about deliveries/collections times
• To monitor/check in and out stock cleanliness, count & breakages upon delivery and return
• To manage the day-to day warehouse activities at Grand Style Hiring
• To arrange and participate in a Stock take once a month
• To ensure that warehouse is always in clean and in good working condition
